[Solved] Need Help Downloading

I can't download anything from anime sections it said :

I read that I have to post five times and I already have so I don't know what to do any help would be great

It may take a while for the system to recognise you have five posts and also they need to be accepted posts as well. I'm pretty sure your first couple need to be moderated which might not have been done yet.
