Getting links from videos hosted from another site

I  Just want to Know if I can get links of content hosted on another site and just post it here. Also it looks like its not on

any file sharing sites but is hosted directly on the sites server

 

sample of it is this

 

ftp://tf:tfcc@ftp.tfcc.cn/Animated/[Transformers][Animated][08][720p][Web].mkv

 

and if its OK how would I label it? example [mega] [UC] etc...

Will probably be best to check first with that sites owner / thread poster / creator of said files. 

 

Otherwise, there aren't any restrictions as long as you follow the uploading/posting guide.

 

Normal topics are labeled as [Filehosters] [Release group] Series name [video details here]

E.g:

[Multi][MK] Food Wars! [BD 720p/1080p][Hi10][Dual-Audio] or 

[MULTI] [CTR] Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro [BD 1080p-Hi10p][FLAC 5.1/2.0/1.0] [Dual Audio] or 

[MEGA/Torrent][Moby] Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (BD Hi10 1080p/720p FLAC/AAC)

as some examples.

Thanks for the Rep though I cannot ask permission or contact the site owners because its a Chinese site I dont know how to speak the language thanks for the help.

 

The file host I understands the basics but with the example of the

link above it says FTP or something can I ask for suggestions on how I can write that in the title? just want to make sure it is named as best as it could be I have never encountered this file host before.

You could always post somewhere in the file name who's the owner or in most cases, the name of the website it came from. (pokemon.com)/(Name of encoder) would work. As long as you give credit to the person, it shouldn't be an issue.

ok not to savvy uploading stuff or the etiquette of it so wanted to ask before I do stuff thank you for suggestions and the basics.
