Superoswald
It's kind of unclear as to what you're asking. If you're asking about what to set in your TV's "picture adjustments" menu, there are guides to do this with test patterns that you can find like this. If you like the cinematic "24fps" motion you should also disable the TV's motion interpolation feature named MotionFlow. If you're asking about what to set in your PC's media player (assuming you're using a Windows PC for playback), either install Kawaii Codec Pack, which will configure everything for you, or follow a MPC-HC setup guide (Google for them). type17_RAIDEN
Considering the rather impressive amount of upscaling you'll need to perform, you should pay special attention to the madVR scaling settings, but do keep in mind the compute power that some of them can require. Also, you can find more detailed guides to that specific component of madVR, in case the presets included in KCP don't cut it for you. ZeroPenguins
Ayylmao, anime @ 4K... Get the new AMD Vega card or the GTX 1080TI to max out those scaling algorithms on MadVR!
