I try to find new ways to cope but it just doesn't work. Half them are physical and my nose fucking with my breathing just gets me so frustrated when I try them that it makes me even more upset than I originally was. Even something as simple as counting breaths, I can't do it without thinking about what it is like to have a perfectly functional respiratory system and how shitty it is to have one like I currently have. My skin problem is likely drug induced so it probably is, again without making attempts to diagnose and treat it I'll never know.
