Fullmetal Alchemist (Original) vs FMA Brotherhood

So which is your favorite of the two shows? And why?

 

For me it is Brotherhood. I first saw the FMA original, then FMA Brotherhood right afterwards. Reason i liked Brotherhood better is because i feel the story was more complete. It seemed like the story was planned from the start, which made it so amazing. I didn't like that Brotherhood skipped some of the episodes tho like the Train-episode and the Mining-town episode, which i feel was an important part of the introduction of the characters in the start of the series.

 

So i liked the first part of FMA original a little better than the first part of Brotherhood, but overall I liked Brotherhood better because of the amazing story. But both animes are on my top 10 list.

FMA Brotherhood is way better. The original story they cooked up for the original anime was just awful.

Armstrong my favorite character was way better and funnier in the original. The original had better opening and ending songs. FMA would be perfect if they used brotherhood's ending instead.

Brotherhood is better, the way the original one ended is pretty lame 

btw fav. character Maes Hughes for having a good sense of humour and intellect.
