What is this song called?

I was listening to Howard Stern and then this song came up in the middle of the segment. I've never heard before but I love the sound of it. Since there were no lyrics, I have nothing to go off on, so if anyone could identify it, I'd much appreciate it.

I don't know what the song is called, but I do know the last and first time I heard it, it was over 3 years ago, and it was on a smooth jazz station.

So it isn't new, but unfortunately, that is all I know on it.

I knew it must have been made between the 70's and the 90's, but it was the first time I heard it. But thanks for your input.
