Hybrid or hyper? If hyper do u mean like the velociraptor?

Hyper is a real brand in SSD's, IIRC its a offshoot / model of Kingston drives

Sorry to hear you drive buggering up on you mate, in my experience when a hard drive fails once i bin it (just like a dog that bites its owner, cant trust it again lol). But as for recovery my recommendation would be Hiren.

Its a bootable rescue image (with a metric crap tonne of other cool stuff) which contains several data recovery programs built in

Is it the same drive that you have that keeps buggering up? if it is, i would suggest looking in to BIOS compatibility of your motherboards or even checking to see what firmware upgrades are available for your SSD

Bootable USB drive

For Hiren i'd recommend a minimum 2GB flash drive

here are the instructions for setting it up, very quick and easy

also what exactly is wrong with the drive? does it boot? does it hang? BSOD? can you hear the drive power up? does it show in BIOS?

Depending on whats wrong with it will determine the required path
