I was going to go on the Cartoon-World forums then I found out that they were closed and I was told to head over here. I created an account and somehow the forum grabbed my WordPress avatar to use over here...

 

Anyways, I'm Stellar. I translate light novels, enjoy anime and manga and lots of other things. I'm pretty open-minded. Some of my favourite anime is the Raildex series, Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon and Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita. Some of my favourite manga - Dance in the Vampire Bund, Umineko no Naku Koro ni and Aqua. I haven't played a lot of video games but I'm in love with Path of Exile at the moment.

 

So far I love the design and the emoticons on this forum but I'm not sure how active I'll be here.

Yes, the forum utilizes Gravatar; the same system Wordpress and numerous other community-based software use for avatars. Basically it calls on Gravatar based on the email address used on your account. If there is a Gravatar for that email address it uses it; if not you get the generic 'no avatar' display. You can still link to or upload your own avatar directly at our forum though if you'd like/prefer.
