Kouhai
Heavenly Classic is pretty spot on with his advice. Even if you're not recording your call, try get their names and what not and write everything down. It would be awkward if they asked 'no, who said that?', and you can't give an answer.Emails are a really great way too, because it has their name / what they say on it in writing. And as soon as they write something in the email that benefits you, BAM, just keep pushing it through. Was it an online purchase or in-store? If it was in-store, and it continues to escalate, drop a formal complaint against their branch or whatever. *Personally, I wouldn't go so far over 9.99, (it probably costs that from calling them up), but I have a few friends that would totally do it. It's just a matter of personal principle. If you feel uneasy, and don't think it's worth it, then it's probably not. But if you want to keep at it, go for it! JohnFlower
...Why didn't you ask what the charges were for? I doubt Sony is in the wrong here though. You probably did something dumb, like not using tapatalk.

JohnFlower
Then cancel the payment. If they have no record (which is what you're saying) then there is no legal obligation to tapatalk them money.

Ranma-kun
PSN kept rejecting my debit card so I don't buy games on it very often and if I do I have to get a code from a third party retailer usually. As for your problem I was try to talk it out with them but I wouldn't want my console and account banned over $20 either. I prefer Nintendo's way of doing things where you just ad pre-paid amounts and that's all you can spend.
