But of course I'd like to see this scene long after Luffy finds One Piece. You know? Just so we can have more epic adventures. Or I could be completely wrong. Luffy will give back the hat then, and afterwards he will have new motivation to wreck all the bad guys and finally find the One Piece. jobonline20 Posted July 4, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 4, 2013 (edited) huge spoiler for those who are still in "thriller bark arc". the spioler is about after thriller bark arc Luffy considered Ace as his mentor and brother, yet he died. and it was like the major turning point in his life. his determination of not letting his friends get hurt only solidified after Ace's death and luffy became even more stronger. may be Shanks death will make luffy become a super saiyan type or something and there will be a spinn-off of one-piece later. later.
