Winter ... i mean, FF Versus 13 is coming, renamed as FF 15, exclusive to the PS4. You know what else? Kingdom Hearts 3. Two highly anticipated games for the PS3 have been announced to release for PS4 most likely. No details are available, but if the game comes out, as amazing as it looks, I doubt it'll run on a PS3 half as well as it would on a next gen console. So, save money, wait and buy a PS4. For Versus 13 is upon us. DETAILS: Right, my initial excitement has somewhat worn off so here's some details. Ladies and Gentlemen, Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT buy the new XBox. It was a horrific product on it's own, but compared to the PS4, it downright belongs in the gutter. First off, price. The PS4 is priced at 400 USD, while the XBox One is at 500, a walloping 100 dollars extra, with Kinect and all. Secondly, Exclusives - PS4 has amazing exclusives lined up, from Infamous: Second Son to what appears to be Final Fantasy 15 and Kingdom Hearts 3. Granted the XBox One may have some good exclusives, but at this point, I'm not excited by anything. No, not even the Remedy one. Thirdly, the kicker - XBox One does NOT allow you to play used games. XBox One does NOT let you play offline more than 24 hours. XBox One does NOT let you play on a friend's console for more than an hour without checking in. All those restrictions, they don't apply for the PS4. There are chances that the PS4 will require PS+ to play online. Even if so, I'm actually glad by that. XBox has been doing that for years, and by god, they have a better online community ... until now, I think. So, Once again, to remind you all ------- DO NOT BUY THE XBONE! Ace Posted June 11, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) Yeah, just saw it myself.Still, at this rate, these games using x86 architecture and everything, I wouldn't be surprised if they made it to PC as well, in which case I might as well say that consoles are dead. Everything else aside, I'm glad they graphically overhauled the shit out of Versus 13/ 15. Although even if it's on both platforms, if I had to buy a console to play them, I'd pay for a 400 dollar one rather than a 500 dollar one. Also, I keep hearing that MS has more exclusives this time around yet how come anytime I look into it, I find this weird Heavy Rain wannabe (Quantum Break), a new Halo (Surprise!), a new Dead Rising (without the wackiness) and some other random stuff.
