Need help with IRC

So I guess I messed around with the setting in Hexchat and now I can't connect to any IRC but kametsu's thanks to the tutorial. So whenever I click on a hyperlinked url to a fansubs irc itwon't connect because it won't find the server. I'll use kousei fansubs as an example. Whenever I clicked this... http://icap.me/view.php?i=BQ9FuzLht6 it would connect me automatically but now when I do I get this on Hexchat....http://icap.me/view.php?i=mE9UPLHs0u  

 

 

 

it won't connect to a server let alone the irc for the fansub group. It's pretty upsetting since this is how I used to get the latest anime fast.

you can always connect manually to rizon (follow the hexchat tutorial for kametsu, replacing irc.xertion.org with irc.rizon.net). once you set that up, those banners become useless. it takes literally a minute to connect to rizon from scratch, so i don't see a problem.

oh, and those irc:// links don't even work for me in the first place :/

Rizon is on HexChat by default, so he doesn't even need to create a Network listing for it.

Someone should really submit Xertion to be added to the popular IRC Clients lists of Networks.

Hmm well I did the rizon thing and I still can't connect to any other IRC channels.

just use mirc .. it should configure all the servers so you can join
