I'm going to have to say Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion...I love space games and this is a good finish for the series.  Hopefully they make a 2nd one soon with updated modern graphics and a bigger budget.

 

As much as I'd love to agree, as sins is an amazing game, it is PC exclusive so doesn't count according to Dark....lol

 

For me, man its a tough one. So many games, so little want to wrack my brain to pick them out...lol Although, Nero's list sums up pretty much everyone I think is good.

 

I'd give a special mention to Far Cry 3 though, I mean that game really effected me with its story.

There have been many awesome games in the 2012 period and I have played games on both PS3 and Xbox 360 but to choose one would be a game that stand out in my mind as the all time best.


 


Do PS3 or Xbox 360 exclusives count? If yes the game I would vote for is All Stars Battle Royale. Why? I believe  a good game is one that you can come back and play a million times and offers hours of fun. Now unlike most games it doesn't have a million options you can choose from and customisation is limited but man on man have I enjoyed playing this game with my brothers....and beating them......or them beating me :(


 


If I cannot have a PS3 Exclusive game then I guess I would choose Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 as my game of the year. Zombies FTW!!!

Also, considering the only game I played on that list is FFXIII-2, I'll go with that one.

Oh so there is a poll -.-


 


Well in that case let see what we have.... Just had a god long disscussion with my brother over which is better Halo 4 and Black op 2. We are both still drawn over the 2 games. Halo 4 is awesome but for some reason doesn't seem as good as halo 3 or halo reach. Some of the game modes felt hollow, the forge map creator wasn't anywhere near what Halo 3 and Reach had sat for standards.


 


Black Ops 2 is also a good game, Zombies is good, I enjoyed the main mission but most call of duty games feel sameish for me....I still need to think this one over carefully.
