\Samsung Vs Apple/ Someone dropped around 1.5 billion on his way home.

When I have read the news about Samsung owes a 1.5 billion dollars bill to Apple because of "copying" iPhones' characteristics, the first thing that came to my mind was that Apple got jealous because Samsung has created a smartphone ( New Galaxy SIII ) which is better than any iPhone Apple has done.

What do you think about this news?O_o?

I think it's like you said, just Apple trying to gouge them for some cash and using some petty bullshit to do that. I'm a Samsung user myself and they're nothing like a iPhone, iPhones are pieces of shit and samsung is actually decent. So fuck apple, only good thing they're for is ipods in my opinion and that one mac laptop my ex had that I used to play a few games on, that's it.

I dislike the iMac software, it's a pain in the ass, hard to do stuff or play games, I personally prefer Windows. And about iPod, well I don't have any so I can't tell if it's good or bad because I am using Sony and I am cool with it.

Yeah I'll admit there has been some infringement, but really this is going too far. Apple has been filling lawsuits, demanding bans, and calling the shape "rectangle" theirs.

I think the real problem isn't Apple, but it's our patent system.

I really do not understand the laws and the copyrights thingy. They only cause mess and problems.

And I have heard something about Apple doing some stuff together with the judges in that case, I mean maybe they were corrupted or something ( That's what I heard anyway ).
