G Bass
The only thing you need is a new graphics card, and possibly a new PSU. Do you know what your current PSU is? If it's at least 300 watts, you can get away with just buying an HD 7750 or HD 6670.

I believe my power supply is over 300 watts if not I believe I have one in my computer graveyard. so I think I will look into the Graphics card. freemail
I'd buy a Radeon HD 7750... it takes max. 55W so you shouldn't need a new PSU. 10W Idle and only 3W if you turn your monitor off. Edited July 20, 2012 by freemail
ZeroPenguins
You could get away with a 400W (if it's a good PSU) with a AMD Radeon HD 7850 or 7870. Though I wouldn't recommend it, since at max load you be pulling more than 80% load on the PSU.
Babybluex
Even with the current VGA card, you could still play good games, but you're going to have to switch them to low quality
evilking
If you are tight on money but want to play the latest games max try getting the GTX 560ti card. Cost like 200$. You will need a better PSU though.
Leviathan87
if you got the money i would upgrade your psu and gpu. or if your low on cash your computer is better then an xbox360.
freemail
The PSUs DELL uses aren't cheap. I'd keep it... a HD 7750 doesn't need much more power than the 'NIVIDIA GeForce 310' (30,5W vs. 55W), but it delivers the performance of a GTX 550 (116W)!That's enough to play most of the games at high settings and you can get a passive model from Sapphire, HIS or Powercolor for under 100€... (Germany). So it should be around 100$...
