lemmingllama
There is 231 quests in the original game, and more are added with expansions, patches, and mods. As for beating it, you should just do them yourself. It doesnt actually take that long if you just focus on the main quest, actually goes by pretty fasthttp://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Quests

As for quests, if you have difficulty with one then type "oblivion" then the quest name into google. It will come up with walkthroughs that will tell you exactly how to do each quest and if there are any bugs or glitches in the quest.

You can run through the entire thing without fighting an enemy and then just grab the sigil stone

claw91
Also try with oblivion wikia... it's full of very useful stuff!I completed the main quest, the Knights of the Nine and then started the Shivering Isles... honestly I got a little bored because my abilities were too much high to level up and the game, after 70 hours!Today I received my brand new gpu and I'm going to start Skyrim which I bought on December and left on my shelf until now! But I'll manage.
