A couple site problems

These are just little things, but both are just little gimmicks that irked me. First off is that the My Two Cents picture seems to be broken and is not showing up, even though I refreshed multiple times. Its been doing that since the site went down.

Secondly, the IRC rules have to be changed

These rules are subject to change at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to read and understand these rules before participating in the forum.

Note that it talks about the forum, not the IRC channel. Might need a small fix.

Thirdly, shouldnt the IRC rules be put onto the home page along with all the other IRC stuff? It might be helpful and ensure that people will actually read the rules. Anyways, cheers and enjoy

As for the IRC rules, well typing !rules in the channel gives a link to the thread... so location isn't really an issue.
