lemmingllama
When you are able to access our download index, you will notice that there is an ipod/psp small encode board, these should all work on your smartphone
† An IP BreAKDoWN
@lemmingllama: I think he is talking about apps in general. It'd help if post the platform of the phone to track down a particular app. Also as a note make sure it'd support VFR (variable frame rate) since some groups output VFR videos. † An IP BreAKDoWN
From what I remember on the Android OS you can use Dice Player or VPlayer. However Dice Player's account got locked out and can't buy it until it is reinstated, and VPlayer I hear has some problems. However I can't confirm this since I have an iOS haha. † Irish
as far as streaming apps, your options are kinda limited on smartphones, netflix, hulu plus, youtube and maybe a couple of more. the best thing to do is to just download the anime and then put it on your phone. the small encodes and psp/iphone encodes are great for that, they dont take much room and the quality is pretty good on the smaller screens. adoom94
Luckily, you got android. Just download the flash plugin from the android market and you can then just browse to whatever site you use to stream on your computer.

Enigma210490
Downloading the anime video's would be alot more convenient. A simple mp4 file should do the trick
onlyina4x4
My GNex can play 720p videos no problem via MX video player with software encoding enabled. I've never seen an app or anything like that, so downloading them is probably your best bet aside from streaming them online.
