Roger.then Whitebeard, now I think it would be Akainu or Shanks (not considering sengoku since he retired or Garp coz his role is only a supportive). Ohh..Dragon is yet to show up. Although you never see him, he was the ruler of the strongest pirate crew in history, controlled the Grand Line, and was able to defeat people like Rayleigh that are able to go toe to toe with admirals. what could motivat i guy like that to just give in and die, or did he just do all that he ever set out to do?
