Anyone who know's his "DIGIMAHNZ" ?

So, I've been thinking lately "Man, Apocalymon was pretty badass!"

But I remembered that it was the first or second season and I remembered it was THE ultimate thing in the world back then. I also know there were quite alot of other episodes after this but I didnt really kept track, I watched the thing with the boy and his worm and I watched until this thing that was the great enemy:

So lately I've been thinking what was the strongest digimon ever ? Was there any an end to the series ? Was there ever a digimon that could not be beaten ? And I found stuff like this:

So I really liked Digimon when I was a kid but I stopped watching it when I turned 13 or so but since I don't really know what to watch at the moment and kinda don't get soaked into all the "greats" of animehistory (and I know I'm gonna get flamed for this but I also don't like subs" I was thinking I could watch the series, so my question is:

Was the series ever finished ? Was it dubbed in english or maybe even german to the latest episode ? And when did the next chapter started after this thing:

Digimon Adventure, the first season with Apocalymon is indeed finished. However it has two sesuels. Our War Game, the movie with Omegamon in it and Adventure 02, the second season which contiues two years after it, which also, finished. After that is Digimon Tamers, which takes place in a different universe-sorta setting with no connection to the first 2 seasons, and it's contiued like that since with Frontier, Savers and most recently Xros Wars and Xros Wars II.

Digimon is dubbed up until Savers in english, not sure about German. But I Highly, and I mean, HIGHLY suggest you watch subbed. I watched the dub as a kid, but I just finished rewatching the first season subbed; and it was much better. It was just a lot more fun then the dub overall.

So yeah, Digimon Seasons 1 and 2 are finished and are the only two seasons in that contiuity, Tamers, Frontier and Savers are finished and are all standalone series, and the newest series, Xros Wars and Xros Wars II (Which is ongoing) Are within their own continuity.

Of all of the digimon they've fought, I would say that the strongest would have been Daemon. My reason? They never truly beat him. They banished him to the dark ocean, which would have been an amazing setup for another season in the same timeline.

Every other baddie they've faced they have been able to win by combining their powers, or believing in themselves too much, or by saying they dreamed of owning a noodle cart (Lol @ MaloMiyotismon for that one)

I couldn't have agreed more, my 2 sons are hooked on all the Digimon seasons cept Xros. Too young to follow the subs.

Miyotismon was a good villain in the beginning... "Oh, there's a prophecy about a kid that will kill me. I'll kill them first!" even his second incarnation was decent.. in a mindlessly destructive devour the world kind of way... Malomiyotismon was lamer than lame. I could have made a better villain for the final battle.

Totally agreeing on the Daemon thing. The dude was a badass. They should have had to fight him.

I pretty much stopped watching Digimon after Tamers. So to me Armagemon seems like the biggest baddie (considering how he shut Omnimon down TT^TT)
