Goofs up or Bloopers in Anime.

Usually bloopers are very hard to find in Anime. I guess they're always near perfect. So I want to know if you guys found any bloopers in Anime you've ever seen. I've not seen many animes so I don't have many of my own but I found 2 of them which I found.

Death Note:

When the Death Note Fall in the living world it fall backward(Name facing towards the ground), but when Light picks it up it is facing upwards.

When Light is experimenting with the Death Note, before writing the bikers name on the book(second guy he kills) there are already names written(or thats what I assume they were) on the Notebook

i suppose it wouldnt normally exist in an anime unless intended, for the sake of comedy.

but you could find one in a few anime that are derived from manga, which is like almost all of them.

The second one isnt actually a goof up.

This is because he didnt know the way that it was spelt in Japanese, so he wrote every possibility
