I think the font should be changed for your text. It just doesn't fit right for the sig. I like the smudging behind your render, though.

it's too plain.

i duno, the stock is too small for sucha big sig size. =/

text can be improved.

also the smudging behind chun li is weird / too faint.

I usually like sprite sigs, but not this one. It's very plain, and the text isn't very good at all. Not a very good sig IMO, keep trying. Some more lighting would also help.
