My vote goes to Rukia.Shan: I want Ichigo and Rukia together. Rukia is a much better choice, I think. She knows when to put her foot down and reprimand him, and that's just what he needs. tokyo joe Posted December 24, 2011 Report Share Posted December 24, 2011 Ichigo & Rukia might have problems: 1)Rukia is technically dead. 2)She needs to wear a gigai to interact with the world of the living as one of them so...3)Having kids and raising a family with Ichigo (the natural consequence of a Ichigo/Rukia pairing) may not be likely because...4)She is an active Shingami and probably expected to function as one for long after Ichigo dies.But wait! How did Isshin have kids in the first place, you may (and should!!) be asking! It is a possibility for Rukia to experience the wonder (pain!!) of childbirth, but not likely. Ichigo & Orihime has one major problem: 1)Ichigo isn't in love with Orihime, although she may be in love with him. Too bad for her.In answer to the question:Duh! Ichigo & Rukia! Clearly soulmates. Ichigo depends on Rukia's wisdom and rukia always think she doesn't need inhigo to save her, but she really does.Orihime is more like a little sister to ichigo, but she doesn't see it like that. Deep down she loves him. If their was going to be a love scene or something at the end of the show most likely it would probably be Orihime because rukia is a Soul Reaper. However I think Rukia and Ichigo would be a bigger possibility...Except Kubo flat out said that Ichigo and Rukia are close, but it's not love between them. In addition, Ichigo and Orihime have gotten screentime concerning feelings towards eachother, dating back to the pilot chapter. Ichigo's classmates asked if he and Rukia were an item around Vol. 6-7, then the issue was pretty much dropped except for Orihime being afraid that Ichigo liked Rukia instead of her around the Vol 21-23 range.
