Greatest sacrifices

What would you say are some of the most memorable sacrifice moments in anime history in which a character chooses to give up his own life to save another's?

For me, it would be :-

• DBZ

  Goku teleporting Cell to space

  Vegeta blowing himself up to take down Buu

  Ace taking the killing blow of Akainu for Luffy

  
  

• Naruto Shipuuden

  Jiraiya giving his last breaths to pass a message for Naruto

  Neji and Choji staying behind to allow the Sasuke Retrieval Squad to go ahead (Although Tsunade healed em up, for me they should have died right there. It was even in their last scenes. Because, they haven't had much of a role since then.)

Amber and Pai From Darker than Black, though technically Pai isn't dead, it's still the same thing, and...you already know the other one that I keep complaining about that happened on episode 8 of a certain show.
