Extracting Images From The Web

I want to know if there's a program or something that I can use to extract unextractable images?

You don't need a special program, actually. On your keyboard, near the numberpad area, there should be a key that says prntscrn or prt sc. You hit that key after turning the F lock on and the page you're on will be copied to your clipboard. Open up any image editing program and paste it in and it should be there.

If that doesn't work, you could try a program called Hoversnap. It will let you grab the whole screen, active window, or give a cursor to select the area you want captured.

other suggestion:

use mozilla firefox,open the website that has the picture,then go to tool>page info>media

I use wingrab , its a small free program works better than the prntscrn IMHO.
