The Savage
The end of the story. Stay away from anything, ANYTHING Hollywood or mainstream. So anime is generally safe I would say
nightraven
If you are really worried about downloading use a VPN. That is the safest way to go most only cost $9 - $12 month which a whole lot cheaper then the alternative. The vpn also encrypts all your data so your isp can't snoop on you. Here is a list of vpns and how there logs are managed.http://torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-providers-really-take-anonymity-seriously-111007/

adog68
My isp started to cap a year ago. That's when I started looking at mini-encodes for the first time. As far as being caught "red handed", there are plenty of vpns out there. Proxy's abound.
