Asch
Yes, those cards(DSTT, Acekard, etc etc) can play video files, they use a homebrew called moonshell for it, although, it only supports a special format(ie. .dpg), and low framerates, their is a flash cart, know as iplayer, which can play common formats(audio and video) in low resolutions, and, can give higher frame-rates. I use iplayer personally, and you cannot play any games on it. But I can say, that watching videos on a DS is not at all practical >_< .
biggman15
You can get just about any card for a DS lite... DSTT are cheap... I have an Acekard 2i... Works like a charm... I'd recommend sticking with 1 of 3 cards... Acekard 2i, Supercard DS2 or sometype Wood r4... Those are the most frequently updated cards...As for watching movies on the DS here's a little guide... http://gbatemp.net/t35547-videos-on-moonshell-with-batchdpg-guideOh, and the GBAtemp community should be able to help you, just don't bother asking for Roms, that's a no go....
