I also cannot download ANY games, it will be stuck at the slowest speed possible and say it wont be done for another 3 years or so. I just downright cannot use bittorrent. My friend thinks out internet provider shuts this stuff down because it's legal. My friend has the same problem. We can download programs and songs but if i do i can't play any browser based games for one night to a week. My friend fixes it by restarting his router but it doesn't work for me. Is there any way at all to fix this? it never used to do this a year ago. I downloaded borderlands just fine before and played it but now no games work, same with that same borderlands torrent.
