They both give off vibes of real people dealing with real stuff, even though Bebop is space and can be a little outlandish sometimes it still fits generally. Well, if you are ok with leaving out gritty, I believe these might be a bit realistic: Clannad Cross Game From the New World (at least the message) Psycho-Pass School Rumble Bakuman. And gritty: Corpse Party Higurashi Puella Magi Madoka Magica Shiki Another (slightly real~y) Well, they are all are mostly from different genre, so read about them before you watch them...
