We upload it how we want, if you want it a specific format, you might find someone willing to do it. But you'd probably be better off learning to encode yourself and re-encoding the files. It's a lot of time to re-encode and then upload, and we'd rather not have to do 5+ formats for every show, especially when it comes to fixing dead links all the time and stuff.
