I am watching it now (halfway) but I have read synopsis and other articals , so I don't think one can over power another

@hakison goku Not sure what you are getting at but the last transformation of the anime I didn't think included hollow powers. All his powers were from all the soul reapers after he lost it all in his final battle with Aizen.

Now IMHO he was strongest when he was in that final battle with Aizen and I wonder if he hadn't unleashed his Final Getsuga Tenshō  if he could have maintained the power and form he had from the beginning of the battle.
