Hi, I have a problem... I rented a movie, I downloaded version 7.10 of iTunes and Requiem 4.1. The problem is that iTunes says always that my Computer isn't authorized (But it is!)
I tried deleting the SC Info folder or try the steps on another PC or deactivate and reactivate my Computer: But nothing.
Does anyone know what I can do? I'm working on Win8.1 (And Win7 on my other PC) Requiem can locate perfectly the movie, but didn't remove the DRM for this problem...

Let me know, thanks!

To my knowldge, requiem cannot remove the DRM of a rented movie.

I've never tried it, but you could give TunesKit a try, it is suppose to work ;)

Don't forget to use CCExtractor for ripping subtitles.

With a Rented Movie, there is a Trick to getting this to work. ;)

Just place the Downloaded Original DRM iTunes File onto the Desktop or a another Folder.

Then open Requiem again and Drag the File from the Desktop or another Folder into it.

Then the DRM will be Removed, it also saves over the Orignal File. ;)

Please beware, don't put the File back into the Original Folder, because it will be Removed even when the DRM is unlocked, because iTunes delete the file after a time! :(

So just place it into a different Folder or a another Harddrive. ;)

Ok thank you, but the problems are the same: I can't authorize my Computer :(
I also followed this steps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203160 , but it was useless!
