EonJone
Hi,I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8.1 because its ~6% faster and the faster boot time. But I noticed when I shutdown my pc, the usb ports stay powered! Why is this and how do I prevent this? This happened after I installed windows 8.1.

USB lightning ports were designed for that. If ur laptop can do that without being USB lightning then u should be happy. Now ur laptop is a power supply!
