Loopy's Introduction

Hi, I'm loopy. I like anime, occasional gaming, and just focusing on trying to enjoy life.

I found this site while searching around for a decent quality version of A Certain Scientific Railgun in a search engine. So far, it looks like it has a huge variety of content and I'm very excited to see how the quality of the content located here measures up to various other places around the web.

Some of my favorite animes are Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, Uminiko no Naku Koro ni, Rosario+Vampire, Fairy Tail, Soul Eater, Death Note. I also loved Sword Art Online. I'm currently watching Sailor Moon, Code:Breaker, Log Horizon, and A Certain Magical Index.

I love the Final Fantasy series of games. Though I haven't played many, the ones I've played (X, XIII, and XIII-2) have been pretty fun, although in my humble opinion, XIII-2 doesn't quite measure up to XIII.

I am a computer geek. I spend a lot of time online, gaming, and consuming media. I am an audiophile and can't stand to listen to low quality music. My personal music collection is backed up in FLAC, and my personal DVD/Blu-Ray collection is stored in lossless MKV rips. I don't have many other hobbies these days, although when I was younger, I loved BMXing and playing basketball. I've always wished I was talented with graphics, but lack any skill in designing visual art completely, whether hand-drawn or created on a computer.

Hey and Welcome to Kametsu :) I haven't seen some of them anime yet e.g. Sword Art Online because of the creepy character lol :P

Thank you for the warm welcome! Lol... Sword Art Online is definitely well worth the time. It's one of the few animes I've sat down and watched a season from start to finish in one sitting. It's that good, but SAO ended way too quickly. When SAO II came out, I was thrilled and while it's different, I don't think I could ever decide which season was better.
