Doesn't net nutrality mean that ISPs can't restrict your download and upload speed to certian websites in order to extract more money out of you?

FCC believes is pay for service internet speeds as net neutrality. Or some shit like that. commenting on this FCC rule ends the 15 so they say you should do the commenting now!

What exactly do you mean by that? I pay for a certian upload and download speed a month regardless of where I visit. Now the only way I am getting slower speed is if the website I am visiting has slower speeds than I got or has a shit load of traffic causing it's speeds to drop.  With net neutrality gone that means internet companies can have selective throttling for certian websites. If hypothetically you pay fifty bucks a month for 50 Mbps download speed then  regardless of the website you visit you get 50 Mbps download speed unless there is something wrong on that website's end. Without net neutrality your ISP could slow down that download speed to certian websites you visit while allowing 50 Mbps for other websites. For example without net neutrality your ISP could allow 50 Mbps for netflix and crunchyroll while only allowing 10Mbps for Funimation and Hulu unless you paid extra to get 50 Mbps for Funimation and Hulu.
