I'll play devil's advocate. You should always check to make sure you have the correct medication your doctor prescribed to you. People make mistakes and you should always double check (I know I do when I go to Walgreens or something).

and the pharmacy admitted to their mistake but refuse to settle the matter in court for the damage they had done to me mentally.

 

Wait what? Do you have a lawyer? File a lawsuit man. They can't just refuse to go to court then unless they want to pay everything in full.

BUT it will be (extremely) hard to prove that you deserve any substantial amount of compensation. Unless you suffered physical harm, you probably won't get much, let alone enough to pay for all the legal fees.
