NickthePwn3r
Your mind is what controls your thoughts of disparity, sadness, and self-pity, which then intoxicate your heart, body and soul.To stop the poison you must take the feelings and the thoughts from where they originated and let them simply drift away from your being and into the wind with your every breath. To do this you must first concentrate, let all other things fade away into nothingness, focus on your breathing, and focus on your thoughts and feelings that cause you so much pain, then you must disintegrate them with the inferno of power that is your essence and soul, and simply exhale the ashes from your body and into the wind. Now concentrate once more, and let all other things fade away into nothingness again, focus on your breathing, then picture all the things that have ever made you happy and the things that you are proud of,put them into the landscape you have created, now inhale all of these things and absorb them into your essence and soul, exhale and feel happy once again.
