† Anras Rune
I was going to post a thread about this about two weeks ago when it was announced, but there wasn't enough info. In truth there really isn't much more now. I still don't think that the Piston is the steam box, at least not yet. When Newman or one of the directors themselves announce that the Piston IS the Steam Box I'll get excited. Well, pissed off but excited. I mean, 1000 bucks, minimum, is a lot of fricking money. If they are hoping to compete and destroy the console market competition then they are going to either have too lower the price, or try and offer some HUGE deals with it. I'm talking, loads of games. In saying this, the concept is sound; Valve is awesome and if I ever have the expendable cash too buy one of these things, that is if it really is the Steam Box, then sure. I'll buy it. Meh, I guess I'll have too wait for more info to formulate my opinion on the thing...
