† An IP BreAKDoWN
In think that process is destructive so you'll lose all of your data on the D: partition. So make sure you back everything up on D:. Also you will probably have to use parted magic and combine the partitions that way. Parted magic is a live Linux cd that specializes in HD recovery and partitions editor. I've used it plenty of times, if you need help using it let me know. Simply use Gparted to extend the C to the deleted Ds now empty space. Of course whatever is on the D drive will need to be backed up. Still, it is a good idea to backup your C drive before extending it.
