I'm sure you remember what's it looks like when he confronted nagato.lol As for this one,It looks like a little change the author came up with. That was the last scenario of manga-597.... Where in the world did you get the idea that that mode is a combination of Kyubi chakra and sennin mode. There's nothing called Kyubi Sage mode. That's just his Tailed Beast mode/Bijuu mode.
