lemmingllama
110111011It was probably just a mistake
Hawkester
110111011Could be, but I don't listen a lot in my classes so I wouldn't rule out that option yet
Dae314
110111101 <- fixedThere's quite a few ways to learn things in class, I'll name a few here:1) Go to class, listen, take notes, and participate2) Don't go to class, but read the book yourself and have a friend tell you what happened in class in case the teacher told the class something extra that wasn't in the book.3) Don't read the book OR go to class and mooch notes off someone while you look up all the info you need to know about the subject and more with GoogleAlso, I don't understand why some people going to college don't bother learning anything there. It's not like primary school where you're pretty much forced to attend. You voluntarily choose to spend time in college, and you should be doing so for a reason. Most of the time that reason is to get a job... well if you really want a job and you believe college is the way to get one, wouldn't you pay attention and attend class? Otherwise what are you doing in college?
Gengoku
110111111i think this at least close to right if not sorry
lemmingllama
110111111There now its right! And yeah, well a piece of paper is a piece of paper whether or not you actually learned while earning it. Plus post secondary is a great place to socialize and have fun
Hawkester
111000000Also I'm not in College, I'm still in High School.
Dae314
111000001I was the laziest kid ever in high school. 10 page research paper due?1) Do research during class and get a bunch of sources2) Don't read more than the intro of every source and just pick random quotes3) Using the knowledge you have about the subject already form the essay in your mind around those random quotes4) Write essay in school in 1 hour on the morning that it's due5) Profit? What high school taught me was the emergency bsing techniques that I'd need if I ever got myself in a bad situation (work wise) in college. In college, I decided to actually work and only rely on what I learned in HS if I needed to (I haven't needed to ).
lemmingllama
111000010Lol dae, you sound so much like me. Only thing is that I would write it a day or two early and get one proofread from another person. Plus I am a king of bullshit, so my papers always sounded good as long as I wrote them all in one or two sittings
Dae314
111000011The 1 hour before class thing was a 1 time deal, but I actually did that and passed with a B. Most of the time research papers like that I'd allocate 2 days to. Creative essays or response type of stuff I'd usually do in the 1 hour before school started though xD. Also, I actively edited my work as I went so spell-check was all I did 90% of the time between first and final drafts.
lemmingllama
111000100Really its easier to just do it a bit in advance and then you dont have to sweat as much. Plus there are things that spell check cant pick up on, like a crack of lighting rather than lightning.

Hawkester
111000111Nope, finished that when the final episode came out. Bit sad that the anime series has closed.Currently I'm watching Naruto Shippuden from start to last aired episode. Currently I'm at episode 42. lemmingllama
111001000Well, they will probably restart it back up when the final arc is done being drawn. But really Bleach deserves a break, half of it is filler junk... As for Shippuden, I need to catch up sometime. Oh, and i would reccomend skipping the whole three tails arc thing, its useless and annoying
Hawkester
111001001I don't think that they will revive Bleach anytime soon since Ichigo got his Soul Reaper powers back. Its pretty much out of juice. And I heard that about the three tails arc from friends so I've got the wiki up on my other screen and I'm just picking out the episodes which look interesting. lemmingllama
111001010Oh yeah, but Tite Kubo likes to make money from his cash cow. So they will probably do it, and all the raving Bleach fanboys will go and watch the last arc, which will probably be made into a couple seasons just for fun. And more money all round. As for Naruto, I would reccomend just watching the canon. Filler episodes really bite for Naruto, except for Kakashis new face

lemmingllama
111001100Yeah. Although I am happy to see Bleach go as well, now One Piece might get some more love finally from the English viewers
