Koby Posted March 5, 2010 Report Share Posted March 5, 2010 One of them you posted twice.I think what you could do to make them better is for starters design a background that flows better with the stock image you want to use, and then try out some blending technique's to get the right fit. You could also sharpen the image, and alter the contrast and brightness.As for the Ichigo one, you left some black around his hair when cutting around him. You should work on cutting the stock images from the backgrounds, or obtain .png renders from like gamerenders or planetrenders so you don't have to bother with cutting them yourself.What program do you use btw? Sparkie Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 Sometimes, I've found that all you need to do is try some different fonts (there's tons of free ones out there) and even moving the main focus off center can change the whole look. You have a good start, with Koby's suggestions, you'll only get better.Photoshop can be a bear, but if you play around enough you can make some neat stuff. I really wish I could give you what I learned on because it was fantastic, but sadly it has left the internet. good-tutorials.com until you don;t think you could ever do another tutorial.
