tell me what you think of this pic

my current sig lolz

im not a skilled graphics designer and i do not claim to be i know enough to get by lolz used Adobe Fireworks for the basics, GIMP for the lense effect and photoshop to keep the transparency as a gif

so yeh its not the best as im not that good but please tell me what you think

time taken to do this literally a maximum of like 10minutes lolz

i used a pic of Toshiro from bleach as u can see

Why use Fireworks, Gimp, and Photoshop? You can do all that you did with just Photoshop. =P

First one, the background doesn't fit with the stock or visa-versa, like perhaps a purple for the background would have been more appropriate with the stock colors.

Second one.. the red just stops before the top of Soifons head.. O.o Backgrounds a little plain/mono-ish.

Overall not bad for a beginner.. =P I think you should drop Gimp and Fireworks and use only Photoshop.. then experiment a little with the brightness and contrast settings. You'll be amazed how just tweaking the contrast a little can really help the graphic.

i tried 100000000 times to get along with photoshop the thing just hates me i swear to god lolz

and yh the red thing on soi fon i noticed i was like....hello whered u go? xD but to lazy to go bk n edit after i closed the program xD

but i will keep trryin with photoshop....i'll get there eventually ...hopefully haha
