All I know is that it's on Japanese TV [Don't ask the channel, since some derp didn't label it] and that there's some black haired guy that sings some song and has a huge discussion with this girl, who I'll assume is the main characters. II think that this might be a musical animu since in 20 minutes, the black haired guy sang two songs, one of them in English with a brown haired shota.Anything you could tell me would be a big help, since I'm actually pretty interested in this series.
