Manifest 2011 Cosplay Outfits

So the Manifest 2011 is approaching.One of my friends are going, as Luka Megruine from Vocaloid. She told me about the festival, and I was thinking of going myself. But I want a good cosplay character to go as if I do end up going. It needs to be an easy cosplay outfit, not too expensive if it has too be bought, but simple and well-known.
