Cloud was only a Warrior of Chaos in the prequel to Dissidia, in the 12th Cycle.He was summoned to the world of the gods to do battle and lost his memories. He had faint connections to Tifa, who ironically was on the side of Cosmos and had to fight side-by-side with Sephiroth, towards whom he still had a feeling of dislike.That said, he doesn't really behave that much like a Warrior of Chaos. He let Tifa go instead of facing her in battle and even took on Chaos on his own, losing in the process but making a prayer to Cosmos to save Tifa.Just like Terra and Tidus, he didn't want to fight for Chaos.
