-PHXN- New001
To start off, I love the guy.Incease you don't know who he is, he is a candidate for the 2008 presidential elections.Background- Congressmen of the 14th district of Texas. Has previously run for president under the libertarian party.Doctor, and has delivered more than 4,000 babies in his work.Served in the air force. What he has done, that has made him stand out-First thing, that I find slightly humorous: He is the only presidential candidate to ever do an interview from a college dormitory, by actual student of that college. He is an internet phenomenon. He took everyone by surprise when he took second in the internet on Fox's polls.Likewise he took number one in CNBC's texting. On our friendly friend facebook he was number one on the "President '08" application. He has the most friends on Myspace than any other presidential candidate.Along with many other things that I can't remember. Why millions like him-He is the only candidate running under the republican party that wants to end the war in Iraq.He wants to eliminate personal income taxes. (if anyone would like me to go into depth how this is easily possible). He is pro-constitutional 100%. If any bills or ideas he views are not constitutional abiding he does not vote for it 9including the raise in congressmen's salaries and the war in Iraq)He wants a transparent government that will protect but not contain your liberties.I SERIOUSLY urge you to watch these speeches to get a further understanding of him. He covers all of his main points:http://www.ronpaulnation.com/tv.html#iowa_straw_poll_speech_pt_1http://www.ronpaulnation.com/tv.html#iowa_straw_poll_speech_pt_2Watch it, what else can you do for these 20 minutes (Besides masturbating ;P)

Citizenmanman
As far as I am concerned, he is the only that sounds like he would be any good as president... I hate republicans and Democrats equally, but still, if we have to have a crappy-ass democracy, than I hope he is the winner.Edit: By the way, those links aren't working... is it just me, or what?
