Hand Crafting Tails

correct me if I'm in the wrong spot, I figured that art section was just for writing but anyways.

If you ever wanted to hand craft a tail or just check it out read this. This tail was made by me just today and i figured Id teach people how to and just show it off.

This tail bends too any shape and ties unto the back of your jeans perfectly fine.

How I made it:

1.) first i cut the fabric, (this is only unprofessional Walmart fabric because i don't have much money but it still worked). I didn't make it very big in withe judging how thick i wanted the tail I did it a little more for sewing room.

2.) To sew it i had it inside out using pins too keep it together while it ran through the sewing machine, you can do it by hand but it doesn't end up so good.

3.) After i sewed it to the end I started up the machine again rounding the tip of it to make the tail end but only do half of it kinda like cutting hearts on folded paper.

4.) Then i put something somewhat long inside of the tail end side pushing it though till i saw it out the other side then pulling the rest out with my hand

5.) Next I put some strong bendy metal wire(used for melting on things i believe) through the hole as long as the tail to make it bend.

6.) Then I filled it with pillow insides to make it soft and solid. Using a long stick to push it down. (any kind of fluffy filler will work)

I was going to sew the other side closed but the sewing machine stopped working. Only going to be using it for Halloween anyways.

Feel free to make your own tails using my instructions it can be any size, color, shape you want. You can also correct me on these instructions as well lol

This was meant to be a Sayian tail from DBZ. I don't have the time or money to build a suit but I probably could if i tried. It would be kinda cool but money is a problem
