Dungeon keeper 2 v17 on win 7 black screen

anybody know how 2 get Dk2 v1.7 runing on win 7,im getting the black screen like i did on xp and have tryed about everything on the internet with no luck

1. have you tried running in compatibility mode?

2. have you tried running as administrator?

3. Are version of windows 7 are you running (32 bit or 64 bit)

4. what graphics card are you using?

i did get the black screen fix but still sometimes acts up but crash is the biggest problem atm,
