Can't view the Anime Downloads? Well you must have at least five valid posts before being allowed access. Already have at least five posts? It can take up to 30 minutes to upgrade your account, or maybe you made your posts before this came into effect.

it says you must post atleast 5..

As it said you did not have access to do what you were trying to do. To access the downloads you need to make five nonspam posts, you can edit most of your profile form your "User CP". It would help to know what you were trying to do.

Also, only the Admin and Moderators can delete posts.
